The ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) Student Task Force is hosting Dr. Stan Sonu on Wednesday, August 14 from 12:00 – 12:45PM for an LTT to discuss ACEs and the impact of childhood adversity on long-term health. Dr. Sonu is an Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. He also holds positions in the Division of General Medicine & Geriatrics, Division of General Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine, and the Emory Preventive Medicine Program. He is an expert on childhood adversity, a wonderful physician, and a stellar communicator. Check out his TedTalk here!
